[Shipping]

We take exceptional care with your order and under most circumstances ensure that your order is packed and dispatched within 48 hours. If your order was made on a Saturday, Sunday or major public holiday we will ship your order the first following business day.

To ensure that your package arrives safely and as fast as possible, we use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If your package is urgent we are more than happy to ship through UPS or FedEx for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss any special shipping requirements.

The time it takes to get your package to you will vary according to location. Please enquire with us for more specific transit times. Due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of the mail service, unfortunately we cannot guarantee transit times. Please leave a message when checking out if you would like to purchase signature confirmation or insurance on packages at your expense. We will email you an invoice for these additional charges and dispatch your package upon full payment.

We value your custom and appreciate that you have a choice of where to shop. As a thank you for shopping with us we ship all orders over $100 USD FREE. Free shipping offer is only available for shipping within the US.

All My Little Love transactions are processed through PayPal. Payment confirmation is sent to the email you provided on your PayPal account. Package tracking is also available through your PayPal account.

[International Shipping]

We love our international customers and are proud to offer the following international shipping options.

A $30 USD Flat Rate Shipping rate applies to all orders to Canada, excluding any of our glassware. Additional charges apply when ordering glassware.

A $40 USD Flat Rate Shipping rate is applied to all other international locations.

All international orders ship Priority Mail International only.

My Little Love is not responsible for any additional charges incurred through international shipping including any taxes, customs fee, duty fees or similar either on leaving the US or on entry to the destination country.

Shipping times vary according to location. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your package. Please contact us to discuss approximate delivery times for international orders.

All international orders must be declared as merchandise /products. We are unable to declare orders as “gifts”.

My Little Love is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are in possession of our carrier. No refunds will be given for lost or stolen packages once in our carriers possession.

Please ensure that all postal information is correct. My Little Love is unable to resend packages that have been returned marked incorrect address or similar.

[Order Confirmation]

Your order confirmation is sent to the email address you supplied on you PayPal account. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation within one hour of placing your order. If no email is received your order may not have fully processed. Please contact us in this instance.

[Sales Tax]

My Little Love is located in Hawaii. We collect a 4.166% Sales Tax for all islands EXCLUSING OAHU. Oahu Sales Tax is calculated at 4.712%

[Wholesale]

My Little Love does not currently offer wholesale pricing.

[Add more products to an order]

You are welcome to add more products to your current order within 24h hours of placing your initial order. To do so, please place a new order online, accompanied by a note to request combined postage. We will refund any duplicate shipping charges.

[Glass Milk Bottles]

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our Glass Milk Bottles these items can only be shipped within the US. The bottles also need to be shipped as separate items from any other purchase.

My Little Love takes all care in ensuring that each bottle is carefully packaged to avoid breakage, including the marking of all Glass items as “fragile”. However, we are unable to take responsibility for any breakages once packages are in the possession of our carrier.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any broken or damaged milk bottles.

[Refunds]

Shop My Little One only accepts returns on unopened, unused products (excluding our balloons or glass milk bottles) returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any claims made outside of this period.

Claims must be accompanied by a refund confirmation number. Please email us and we will supply you with a return postal address and your refund confirmation number.

Your refund will include your order total, less our standard 10% re- stocking fee plus any original shipping charges incurred.

We do not refund return shipping charges.
